Honoring Parker's Tony Young for organ, eye and tissue donor awareness
It was an honor to have Town of Parker, Colorado's own Tony Young with us tonight. Tony is a graduate of Ponderosa High School who received a Heart and Kidney transplant exactly 2 years ago.
In fact, during our presentation Tony mentioned that "2 years ago at this time my old heart was giving me one last gift of cardiac arrest". Tony is an amazing friend to the Town and standing next to a walking miracle is a blessing!
Tony was joined by his partners from Donor Alliance and CEO Jennifer Prinz who talked about the importance of organ donation. We were joined by Tony's Mom, his brother Michael, best friend Jeff, and Aunt. Tony was recognized
