Jeff Toborg is currently serving as Parker's seventh Mayor since the Town's inception in 1981, having transitioned into this role after a successful two-year term as a Councilmember.

In his capacity as Mayor, Toborg acts as a key liaison, directing his attention towards the business community and fostering economic development as a prominent representative to both the Douglas County Economic Collaborative and the Metro Mayor’s Caucus.

Toborg's unwavering support for the Parker Police Department underscores his deep-rooted commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of the town's residents.

Beyond his mayoral duties, Toborg is deeply committed to various non-profit and charitable organizations, holding positions on the Board of Directors of the Douglas County Community Foundation, Operation Equine and the Sky Ridge Community Council. Prior to his mayoral tenure, Toborg demonstrated leadership and dedication by serving as a board member and President of the Preston Hill homeowner’s association.

A 2021 graduate of the prestigious Leadership Program of the Rockies, Toborg's passion for civic service was ignited at a young age when he ran his inaugural campaign at just 18 years old. He was spurred on by his grandmother and her friends to advocate for the replacement of the senior citizen’s center roof in his hometown.

Professionally, Toborg brings a wealth of experience as an Information Technology executive specializing in the implementation of large-scale government systems across multiple states.

Residing in the close-knit community of Preston Hill with his wife, Melissa, and their three children, Preston, Ashton and Emily, Toborg remains dedicated to serving his community and making a positive impact in the lives of those around him.
