Here is an excerpt from my comments to the Parker Police Department at their Annual Awards Ceremony in the Town of Parker, Colorado.
"To all the family members of our Department – We thank you for your sacrifice and loaning us your loved one. It is always my prayer that they return to you just the way you sent them!
And, to all of you who serve and lead in the Parker Police Department, and show up every day to protect this Town, from the bottom of my heart- and on behalf of the over 65,000 people that you serve – thank you for being our heroes.
May God Bless each and every one of you and may He always return you safe at the end of your shift. We live in amazing Town – and that’s not by accident - it’s because of you".
